Jane Arambel Kadillak

Jane leads the Aspen Group Benefit Advisors team in relationship management and business development. She manages execution of best practices to better serve plan sponsors and participants, and sets consultant standards for small, mid-sized and large plans. With almost two decades of industry experience she is the client resource for consulting on plan design and compliance issues.

Before starting Aspen Group Benefit Advisors in 2005, Jane built a decade-long track record in the qualified plan industry—notably, as Partner and Vice President for one of the top employee benefit and retirement plan brokerages in Colorado. Jane was recently recognized as one of the “Top 300 Most Influential Advisors in Defined Contribution” by 401(k) Wire.
